Return Policy

  • Returns and Exchanges can be made if:
 1. 14 days to return on (select) Items only

 
2. Shirt or item is still available on the site, if not we have discontinued that particular item and sale is final

 

3. Tags are still on that( select ) item

4. Different size requested is still available, if Restocking of your item is needed, you will be placed on a list to be one of the first to receive restocked item.

    * Avoid size exchanges, if unsure, be safe and GO A SIZE UP *

BACK ORDERS :
  • Emails immediately sent out to make you aware
  • Exchanges allowed for equal value item or more, if you wish to not wait for item to restocked.
PRE-ORDER :
  • Takes approximately, four weeks for item to be shipped to customer.
  • All order details are placed with every purchase, with a tracking number provided.
Shipment:
  • Allow 2-3 Business days for order processing and verification, with an additional 4-7 business days, depending on complexity of garment
  • If item does not require, custom designs, or restocking, orders are shipped out next day after after purchasing.
  • Tracking numbers may be provided per request
  • "SWEET" emails will be sent out when your item is in route, and or a problem with your order
Most items are ordered in small shipments or made exclusively for the customer so this reserves the right for us to be select on what can and cannot be returned, based on quantity,timing, exclusivity, and reasons for return.
