What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
How much does shipping cost?
After your order is complete, the total will calculate for you.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery, depending on the garments complexity. We try to ship out the next day after order is placed.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We do not accept returns for refunds or credits.
All sales are final unless it has something to do with us producing your order late without contact.
ALL custom items are FINAL SALE do to them being made for you personally.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Right now everything is on "Preorder" and each item is made for each customer. We can not exchange for sizes.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?
Yes.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. Your Confirmation Email will be sent when you package is on the way, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
